Part size range
We choose the machine by part size, weight and volume, from small bushings and washers to storage boxes and housings. Feasibility is confirmed after reviewing the part design and material.
Process
From mold to mass production
Every new product goes through these steps before moving into stable mass production.

02Mold trial
The mold is trialed on the machine and molding conditions are tuned to confirm dimensions and appearance.
03Mass production
Once conditions are approved we move to mass production, with every machine monitored in real time.

Parts are inspected to your specifications, then packed and shipped.

What size of plastic parts can you mold?
With 50 to 600-ton machines we handle parts and products from about 2–3 g up to 2–3 kg. Final feasibility depends on part size, design and material.
We don't have a mold yet. Can you start from mold development?
Yes. We can start from your concept or drawings, carry out structural review, mold development and trials, then move to mass production once approved.
We already have a mold. Can you run production for us?
Yes. Send us the mold information and part specifications, and we will evaluate a suitable machine and molding conditions.
Can you handle printing, assembly and packaging after molding?
Yes. We coordinate metal part machining, printing, assembly, packaging and shipping for one-stop manufacturing.
